I'm locked out right now — what should I do?
Stay where you are and call (650) 686-8690. Tell us your location and what you're locked out of — a car, house, or business — and we'll head your way. Don't try to force the door or window; that usually turns a quick lockout into an expensive repair.
Can you open my car or house without damaging it?
In most cases, yes. We always start with non-destructive entry techniques, and drilling a lock is a last resort we'll talk through with you first.
Can you make a car key if I lost the only one?
Usually, yes. For most makes and models we can cut a new key and program the transponder or fob on the spot, right from the van. Have your ID and proof of ownership ready.
How fast can you get to me?
We're mobile across Greater Boston, so it depends on where you are and where the van is. Call us and we'll give you an honest ETA for your exact location before you commit.
Should I rekey my locks or replace them?
If the locks are in good shape and you just want old keys to stop working — after moving in or losing a key — rekeying is faster and cheaper. If the hardware is worn, damaged, or you want an upgrade like a smart lock, replacement makes more sense. We do both and will tell you which one your situation actually needs.
Are you really available 24/7?
Yes — nights, weekends, and holidays. Lockouts don't keep business hours, so neither do we.
